Who we are looking for

Account Managements

A motivated and driven individual who will drive client account efficiency and interact with teams across the organization. You will collaborate with teams and individuals who are focused on cost efficiency, margin efficiency, and timely delivery; and you will help to monitor and coordinate the operations of teams across all aspects of the account. All of this is supported by the requirement to develop strong and long-lasting client-agency working ties.

Creative

We’re searching for an experienced copywriter to join a creative team that is enthusiastic about the job they do and the brands they work on, as well as full of their own brand of creative genius. The copywriter’s primary responsibility is to conceptualize high-quality creative and present written copy while adhering to the brand strategy. It is critical that something is completed on time, on short, and within budget.

Community Management

You’ve got your finger on the pulse. You’re well-versed in social media platforms and have a strong interest in driving community participation for brands.

Financial Management

In a financial management function, you will be part of a team that processes financial transactions on a daily and weekly basis to guarantee that finances are kept effective, up to date, and correct.

Strategy

Effectively use digital, social, and brand strategies to meet marketing goals. Communicate strategic suggestions to internal and external stakeholders with diverse degrees of understanding in a clear and persuasive manner. Assist in the direction of integrated, multi-platform marketing initiatives. Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and create methodology for monitoring brand, digital, and social strategy success.

Develop brand positioning strategies for a variety of categories and sectors. Create brand architecture to boost brand equity and recognition. Create multi-channel digital strategies that take use of several platforms and channels. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of different digital channels such as SEO, SEM, and SMM, as well as how they interact to reach overarching goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 (matric) certificate (NQF 4)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication (speak, read, and write).
  • Computer literacy is advantageous, as is familiarity of Microsoft programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
