Graduate Talent Program is a wonderful place to begin your career, which runs for 18-24 months. Working with a range of teams locally and abroad will allow you to improve your product knowledge and expand your network of contacts.
The UBS team has extensive experience in product, modeling, pricing, distribution, legal, and regulatory concerns pertaining to our solutions offering. You will attend UBS Discovery, a three-day training session designed to familiarize you with our sector, the job we do, and how we do it when you start in February 2023.
Our programs all divide difficult information down into manageable parts. You will also have access to technical training both on and off the job, as well as personal development chances to strengthen your general job skills and increase your network of contacts.
Requirements
You must be in your final year of university or have recently graduated with one of the qualifications listed below :
