Tracker Connect is providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to 25 South African young people with high potential through a Call Centre Learnership NQF Level 4 headquartered at Tracker’s Johannesburg headquarters.
The Learnership is designed to provide young unemployed youngsters with the call center skills, experience, and information needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description
This learning intervention is a comprehensive qualification consisting of 132 credits of organized unit standard-based learning paired with practical/workplace experience. Following completion of the qualification, the young people will be able to do the following duties :
Duties
- Updating and capturing of information.
- Product marketing and sales abilities.
- Developing into a one-stop call-response employee
- Understanding of invoices, advance payments, adjustments, payment allocations, and credit notes.
- Help with data integrity initiatives
- Maintain high levels of customer service in a high-pressure environment.
- Proactive upselling and cross-selling of several items.
- Electronic communication handling
- Contracting, understanding and scheduling of Tracker systems
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric with a level 4/D symbol pass in the English language.
- You must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35, with no criminal record.
- Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in full-time studies.
