We have a unique position in the mining, processing, beneficiation, marketing, sales, and logistics industries.” Tharisa Minerals Mine, located near Marikana in the North West Province, is offering a training and development opportunity for learners who want to be a part of a three (3) year Artisan Development program in Engineering in the following disciplines:
Fields of study
- Boilermaker (REF: BOI001)
- Electrician (REF: ELE003)
- Rigger (REF: RIG005)
- Auto-Electrician (REF: AOE007)
- Fitter (REF: FIT002)
- Instrumentation Technology (REF:INT004)
- Earthmoving Mechanic (REF: EAM006)
- Mining Engineering (REF:M-E008)
Requirements
- Candidates must meet the following conditions in order to apply for our Learnership Programme:
- A N2 certificate with all four topics related to the discipline is required, or a Technical Grade 12 certificate with Math, Science, and applicable trade theory.
- Must be medically fit
