As a Sales Supervisor for Tekkie Town, you will be in charge of supervising the floor personnel, motivating them to meet their daily targets, providing customer service, and ensuring that the proper processes are followed and adhered to in accordance with Tekkie Town requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Increase profitability by aiding the Store Manager in meeting monthly budgets.
Ensuring that the administration of the store adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures.

Ensuring that stock losses are kept to a minimum.
The capacity to implement and sustain brand standards in accordance with client expectations.
Effectively implement promotions, visual merchandising principles, and store standards.

Staying up to date on the latest trends in stock arrival (unpacking process).
Daily customer service operations (such as sales processes, orders, and payments) must be coordinated.
Supervise and inspire employees to ensure that daily goals are fulfilled.

Coach and support existing and new Sales Associates.
The ability to run the store without the Store Manager.
Make certain that all personnel follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Computer Literate, MS Office – proficient in Work, Outlook, Excel, etc

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

At least one to two years of experience as a Sales Assistant in the retail sector.
Fluent (written and verbal) in English and another applicable official South African language.
Excellent interpersonal and commercial abilities.

Strong logical and analytical abilities.
Has a high degree of energy and is performance-driven?
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

The ability to operate independently as well as as part of a team.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service abilities, including the ability to interact and communicate with consumers.
