To join our team, we are seeking for a full-time Retail Operations Assistant. You’ll be working on-site with a growing team of tech enthusiasts, key relationship managers, and operational teams from across our business. This person will be in charge of handling stock orders and deliveries to important retailers around the country.

The Retail Operations Assistant must be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have great communication skills, work well in a team atmosphere, perform well under pressure, and have demonstrated troubleshooting talents.
Job Responsibilities
- Timely completion of orders on the company system (Fincon).
- Assign orders to the appropriate warehouse location and collaborate with our operations team to guarantee timely processing.
- Manage stock allocation to orders and collaborate with procurement on incoming orders and stock transfers.
- Manage stock shortages and delays, as well as consumer expectations.
- Keep our clients up to date on product developments, price changes, and stock levels.
- Ensure that clients’ orders are billed, delivered, and booked within the agreed-upon service delivery periods.
- Handle any issues that may develop as a result of faulty stock returns in collaboration with our technical staff.
- Inform product managers and account managers about supply levels and demand.
Requirements
- Matric or National Senior Certificate is required – A tertiary education is advantageous.
