Responsible for supporting clients and fulfilling established targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are delivered.

Key Perfomance Area

  • Cash Control
    • Carry out cash counter duties
    • Daily cash control and banking processes are followed, and there are no cash discrepancies.
    • Manual transactions are meticulously recorded.
  • Stock Control
    • Every day, stock management procedures are followed.
    • Customer orders are tracked.
    • Weekly stock counts are carried out precisely.
    • Good condition of the storeroom department
    • Weekly shoe pairing exercises are conducted.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding client service.
    • Building internal and external client relationships
    • Maintain positive customer interactions.
    • Product understanding

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Minimum 1 years’ retail experience 

Skills

  • Disciplines of retail administration
  • Inventory and cash management
  • Product knowledge, as well as sales and selling abilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of cash desk, stockroom, admin, and all other applicable policies and procedures
