Job Description
Applications are being welcomed for a dynamic and dedicated Warehouse Picker-Packer to join a team headquartered at the Waterfall Head Office. In the Shared Services Business Unit, this position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry on warehouse picking, packaging, and receiving responsibilities.
- Sort out delivery orders according to locations in collaboration with third-party couriers.
- Check that all products loaded correspond to the invoice (Unless signed and instructed by the warehouse manager)
- PODs collected by either the client or the sales rep should be sent to the OE office to be signed off.
- Shrink wraps items to pallets
- Ensure invoices correspond to what is invoiced
- Stock Maintenance
- Receives invoices from OE controllers to determine what needs to be shipped.
- Load stock to be sent to Value container for delivery
- Generate and keep a record of all invoices that have been dispatched.
- Verify that every stock shipped is in good and quality shape.
- Will be expected to assist in warehouse activities such as putting away, receiving, stock count, and basic housekeeping on occasion.

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 and/or a qualification in warehouse management or supply chain management will be advantageous.
- Previous warehouse experience (at least 2-3 years) and/or a similar role
Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Granite and AccPac system
- TQM and ISO 9001 QMS
- Six Sigma.
