SERVEST SECURITY, A DIVISION OF SERVEST, IS LOOKING FOR TWO ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS TO REPORT TO THE RISK COMPLIANCE MANAGER. EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT (ADVANTAGEOUS).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for rostering and posting guards to the site
  • Responsible for the branch’s wage and salary administration (leave forms, sick leave, annual leave, raise, and bonuses)
  • Accountable for recording guards’ hours worked.
  • Effective connection with Operations and Area Managers
  • Overall branch sales administration assistance
  • Ordering stationery -Responsible for ordering uniforms and equipment
  • Keeping track of all signed contracts with new and existing clients – client files
  • Document management and archiving (including office filing)
  • Assist with general branch administration chores such as UIF and Department of Labor inquiries.
  • Creating and sustaining client connections
  • Writing Reports – Complete all Monthly Reports

Requirements

  • A professional employee who can deliver and maintain a high level of administrative service and quality in the branch is required.
  • Grade 12 and computer literacy are necessary.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent telephone manners are required, as is a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication (English) capabilities
  • No criminal record
  • Administrative roles require excellent planning and organizing abilities.
  • Minimum of two years of expertise with simple rosters and administration.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
  • Experience with a simple roster is preferred.
  • Administration experience in a corporate environment (Beneficial)
  • Experience in the Security Industry (Advantageous)
