Program
The 12-month curriculum will include a theoretical component tied to an NQF Learnership program and practical on-site work experience to help entry-level learners enhance their abilities and workplace performance. It teaches literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles.
It is appropriate for Grade 12 qualified individuals who want to improve critical professional skills. As part of the practical component, learners will give administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments in general.
The theoretical component will cover Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills, and Computer Skills.

Participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises
