Program
The 12-month curriculum will include a theoretical component connected to a NQF Learnership program as well as practical on-site work experience to help entry-level learners enhance their abilities and workplace performance. It teaches literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles.
It is appropriate for Grade 12 qualified individuals who want to improve critical professional skills. As part of the practical component, learners will give administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments in general.
Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Math Literacy, Communication Skills, and Computer Skills will be covered in the theoretical component.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Participate in the Learnership program and pass the assessment process;
- Participate in all required work-related activities and exercises.
