PROGRAMME INFORMATION
The Santam Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation project intended at creating a long-term pipeline of bright individuals who will assist businesses in accomplishing their objectives by solving the current skills shortage in the financial services sector. With a qualification and the FSCA regulatory tests RE5, learners would be able to apply for professional membership in the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) under the designation category of IISA Member (MIISA).

Requirements
- Only applicants having a Grade 12 Certificate and a minimum pass mark of 40% in English and a Second Language will be considered.
- A minimum pass mark of 40% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematics Literacy is required.

- Applicants must not be enrolled in any other institutions during their learnership.
- Applicants must not have previously completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership with INSETA.
