The Role
To promote long-term social, economic, cultural, and environmental growth. This will be a combination of grass-roots projects, fieldwork projects, and environmental, social, and economic research projects.
Coordination of all customer CSI/ESD initiatives, as well as the recording and reporting of all client CSI/ESD initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on business sustainability projects and programs using a variety of research approaches.
- Keep up with the latest developments in renewable resources, sustainable work procedures, and environmental science.
- Establish and maintain appropriate sustainability benchmarks through the use of economic, social, and corporate governance measures, standards, and procedures.
- Help with auditing to guarantee BBBEE/Localisation compliance.
- Participation in localization initiatives.
- Coordination and oversight of appropriate governance committees.
- Produce feedback reports for appropriate governance committees on a monthly basis.
- Monthly data analytics capture and maintenance.
Requirements
- A diploma/Degree in Business Management, Environmental Science, or equivalent qualification is required.
- Knowledge of Business Analytics.
- At all levels, the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is required.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to implement outputs precisely.
