Job Description
Rewardsco provides a fantastic Learnership opportunity for 30 jobless people to get a certificate in General Management. This opportunity is offered to anyone who has matriculated or graduated within the last two years and has no work experience during that time.
Space is limited, therefore allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
About the Learnership: Generic management covers five domains: Leadership, Managing The Environment, Managing Relations, Managing Knowledge and The Practice of Management.
Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of a client Care Consultant is to address client complaints, process orders, provide information about a company’s products and services, and answer questions.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Qualification earned within the last two years.
- No work experience was achieved.
- Excellent phone manners and listening skills.
- Must have great communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to various types of customers
- Applicants must have a clean criminal record and an original ID.
- Must not be in any other learnership program or presently studying.
