Job Description
Refinery outlets are looking for P40 shop assistants. The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that hospitability drivers are in place, hence increasing sales.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail experience
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in English (other languages preferred).
Skills And Competencies
- Excellent customer service abilities, the ability to interact and communicate with consumers, and a genuine desire to be “of service”.
- Proficient in till operation with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. ·
- Demonstrates a high level of work on the sales floor, is committed to maintaining quality and housekeeping standards, and is willing to take initiative when necessary.
- Demonstrates excellent attendance and timeliness.
- Adheres to Refinery’s values, policies, and procedures in all job activities.
