Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service by aggressively, timely, and accurately processing POS transactions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by processing orders in accordance with SOP.
- Maintain service speed
- Process payment types correctly in accordance with SOP.
- Inform customers about current promotions and increase sales
- Increase ticket averages through upselling or suggestive selling.
- Keep the counter service areas clean and sanitary in accordance with SOP.
- Maintain FOH stock in accordance with SOP.
Requirements
- Senior National Certificate (recommended)
- Senior Certificate (needed)
- Strong Literacy abilities
- Strong numeracy abilities
- One year of experience as a retail cashier (QSR preferable)
