Job Description

OneCart is searching for dedicated Customer Support Agents to join their team. Be a part of a dynamic team that promotes innovation.
The role’s primary tasks include acting as OneCart’s voice and responding to customer calls, emails, and social media posts in real time.

You must be calm in the face of chaos, sympathetic and sensitive, and possess a strong sense of empathy in challenging situations. Our customer care representatives are dedicated to assisting clients and addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (1 or more years).
  • Grade 12
  • A tertiary degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or equivalent Google products.
  • Must be shift-flexible, including one weekend day.
