Role Purpose
An excellent chance for unemployed kids to join Metropolitan Life’s 12-month Learnership Programme beginning October 2024! If you are passionate about sales and customer service and want to advance your career in the insurance industry, this is the opportunity for you.
This Learnership project intends to provide unemployed adolescents with workplace experience in the insurance business.
This learnership will provide learners with the opportunity to get a Wealth Management NQF level 4 certificate while also working closely with and learning from insurance industry experts.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- NQF 4 qualification
- Individuals aged 18-35 who are South African citizens by birth.
- Unemployed Belonging to a historically disadvantaged group.
- People with impairments are invited to apply.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete all theoretical lessons and tests.
- Complete all administrative and reporting responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Collate, prepare, and disseminate papers to the needed standards within a certain time frame.
- Provide a professional response to all concerns to enhance the client experience and meet or exceed service levels.
- Assist in resolving client queries by screening and routing them to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate office housekeeping standards.
