Momentum Health Solutions has an outstanding learnership opportunity that will begin on October 1, 2023, and end on September 30, 2024.
So, what exactly is a Learnership?
A Learnership allows you to receive academic knowledge as well as practical experience in the business. This work-based learning program results in the following Occupational Certificate: NQF Level 5 Health Care Benefits Advisor, SAQA ID 105030.
Although completion of the Learnership does not guarantee full-time employment, it provides invaluable experience for you to jump-start your career by preparing learners for the workplace and promoting access to increased employment opportunities in the Medical Aid Administration and insurance industry.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate completed.
- A minimum of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Had a minimum of 40% in English and another SA language.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
- Being unemployed and willing to commit to a 12-month program.

- Upload a certified copy of your matric certificate and ID (copies should be no more than three months old).
You will require the following items:
- Have South African citizenship and be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Be accessible from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.
- Be able to drive themselves to and from work.
- Not be enrolled in postsecondary education (part-time or full-time) throughout the length of the Learnership.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom activities and practical on-the-job training, as well as perform functions in accordance with the Learnership as required by Momentum Metropolitan.
- Learn about corporate goods, policies, and procedures in order to succeed in on-the-job training activities.
- Compile an Evidence Portfolio for submission to SETA.
- Complete work-based learning logbooks.
- Finish formative and summative assessments to the needed level.
- Exhibit proficiency in using the company’s systems and comprehending operating processes.
- Display the MMH ideals when you conduct yourself as a Momentum Metropolitan employee.
