Job Position: Administration Clerk

Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and recording all complaints received via the electronic system. Maintain a record of all complaints received and handled. Sending correspondence to ICCVs and Correctional Center Directors in response to received complaints. Keep a record of all case-ready files presented to the case officer and give monthly statistics to ASD: Complaints.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric or any certification that is equivalent.
- A driver’s license would be advantageous.
Skills
- Must have good writing abilities
- Must be computer literate with ms office(PowerPoint, Excel,
, Word, Outlook) - Organizing and skills
- Knowledge of Legal Services
- Must have the ability to work both individually and collaboratively
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must have multitasking ability and wide administrative capacities
- Correctional and Human Rights background
Salary: R181 599 per annum
