Main responsibilities
- Help CDL drivers deliver and pick up customer media or equipment, such as carts and pallets.
- Service and communication with customers during pickups and deliveries.
- At the end of the shift, unload trucks.
- Interact with clients and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle all physical loading and hauling duties without assistance.
- Handle client delivery requests accurately and on time.
- Make certain that all paperwork and records are correct.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies
- Applicants must be computer literate, capable of completing paperwork accurately and completely, and understand the value of precision and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers vocally.
- The ability to follow and enforce all security protocols.
- Ability to lift and manipulate things weighing up to 70 pounds.
- You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license (C1), and be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse test, background check, and DOT physical.
