Job Description
The IBMSA B-BBEE Skills Development Learnership Intern Program provides young people with an entry point into the ICT industry and workplace, improving their understanding of workplace practices. Learners who successfully complete the program will gain a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) certification in Systems Development.
Our interns receive on-the-job training and are exposed to the business world, providing them a competitive advantage over applicants with no experience.
The learning plan is intended to provide theoretical understanding as well as worldwide badge certification while also studying upcoming technologies. Our Learnership Programs are approved by the MICT SETA. During their work experience, learners have the opportunity to be guided and coached by highly qualified employees.

Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric or an equivalent with Mathematics
- Outstanding academic performance
