Job Description

Hello… An excellent new opportunity has recently become available in our Insure, Travel division. We are seeking for a junior office administrator.

The Junior Office Administrator role entails learning on the job, with the goal of progressing to a more senior position over time.

Duties include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling underwriting information, ensuring precise transaction capture, and providing support to various teams within the Hollard Travel COE.

Requirements

  • One to two years of insurance accounting experience in the Financial Services business would be desirable.
  • Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Analytic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good time management abilities.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
  • Financial diploma, or pursuing a financial certification.
