Role Purpose
What exactly is a learnership? A Learnership is a structured program that allows you to learn theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the industry.
Our Learnership program will allow you to gain an INSETA-recognized NQF Level 5 qualification in Short Term and Long Term Insurance.
Duties And Responsibilities
Participating in our Learnerships opens up career opportunities in areas such as Claims, Finance, and Operations.
Although completion of the Learnership does not ensure full-time work, it does provide vital experience to help you launch your career! If you are successful, you will be hired for a twelve (12) month period with a monthly stipend of R3 500.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric or NQF Level 4
- Only South African nationals between the ages of 18 and 25 are allowed to apply.
- Candidates must have a 60% in pure mathematics or a 70% in mathematical literacy.
- Candidates must have a 65% pass in English.
- Candidates must have never taken part in a learnership previously.
- Candidates must be unemployed at the time of application.
