Role Purpose
What exactly is a learnership? A Learnership is a structured program that allows you to learn theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the business. Our Learnership program will allow you to get a Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification that is recognized by INSETA and SAQA.

Requirements
- Only South African nationals between the ages of 18 and 25 are allowed to apply.
- Applicants must have a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
- Applicants must have a 60% in pure mathematics or a 70% in mathematical literacy.
- Applicants must have a 65% proficiency in English.
- Applicants must be unemployed at the time of application.
- Applicants must have never taken part in a learnership previously.
Duties & Responsibilities
Participating in our Learnerships provides up employment opportunities in areas such as Claims and Operations. Although completion of the Learnership does not ensure full-time work, it does provide vital experience to help you launch your career! If you are successful, you will be hired for a twelve (12) month period with a monthly compensation of R3 500.
