Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- One year experience in a switchboard environment.
- Computer literacy, including email and internet skills.
- Good Communication skills, telephone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls using the switchboard.
- Answer all calls and record the caller’s information for future staff communications.
- Provide the caller with suitable information, a response, or advise regarding g-FleeT’s services.
- Analyze the types of queries received and report to management about them.
