Key Performance Areas
- The following specified critical performance areas are required of the candidate:
- Increase financial performance by analyzing financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
- Provide recommendations for management and executives to consider.
- Create financial models to assist with appraisal, planning, and forecasting.
- Assist with capital budgeting and expenditure planning
- Reconcile existing transactions by comparing incoming and departing data.
- To help with internal financial analysis, conduct a comparative analysis and market research.
- Keep current technical knowledge regarding financial instruments, market circumstances, and trends.
- Analyzing targets
- Meeting with the heads of departments.
- Coordinating and directing the processes of monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Offering back-office support
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Accounting, Investment, or other related fields at NQF level 6
- A relevant NQF 7 degree/qualification is preferred.
- There is no prior work experience in a similar field.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
