Job Description
Fraser Alexander is searching for individuals that are innovative and enthusiastic to join its team.
The goal of our program is to provide advanced workplace learning in a specific discipline or sub-discipline in their field of study to the communities in which we operate. The incumbent will acquire a National Certificate in Mineral Processing upon completion of the Learnership program.

Responsibilities
- Be able to come up with new or improved business concepts.
- Gathering information and taking part in on-the-job training
- Participate in meetings and workshops as a result of internal customer engagement, partner, and stakeholder interactions.
- Complete fieldwork and visit various work sites as needed.

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 with Maths and Science
- Only candidates that attended the Royal Bafokeng Career Fair
- Medically fit
- Pass client screening, which includes criminal record and qualifications
- Pass client induction
- Currently unemployed
- Undergo psychometric assessments
- Must not have previously participated in a similar program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good attitude and a growth mentality
- Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander location in South Africa
