Job Description
Safair Operations, doing business as FlySafair, has an opening for a Refund Intern at our headquarters in Bonaero Park. The successful candidate will report to the following manager: Finance
Responsibilities
- Allocating payment to bookings that do not appear on the reservation system
- Correcting bookings on the reservation system if charges and payments do not match
- Assess and process refund requests in accordance with the refund policy
- Assist customers/passengers with payments and refund concerns both verbally and in writing
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- No criminal or credit history.

- Excellent understanding or experience in providing great customer service to a customer
- A high degree of patience and assertiveness
- Conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management skills and willingness to work longer than regular office hours
