Job Description

Safair Operations, doing business as FlySafair, has an opening for a Refund Intern at our headquarters in Bonaero Park. The successful candidate will report to the following manager: Finance

CV Writing Skills

Responsibilities

  • Allocating payment to bookings that do not appear on the reservation system
  • Correcting bookings on the reservation system if charges and payments do not match
  • Assess and process refund requests in accordance with the refund policy
  • Assist customers/passengers with payments and refund concerns both verbally and in writing
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Interview Questions and Answers

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma or Degree
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, speaking, and writing)
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • No criminal or credit history.
