Job Description
Fidelity is inviting people with Grade 12 and a minimum of Grade C to apply for Fidelity ADT CCTV Surveillance Controller. There are 9 positions open.
Responsibilities
Monitoring communication and surveillance devices, as well as dispatching the personnel required to process the issue swiftly and efficiently.
This task is accomplished through the use of radio networks, telephones, mobile and PC devices, as well as devices for overwatch CCTV and LPR camera monitoring – in order to prevent and/or respond to any situations needing security intervention.
Fluently, clearly, and professionally communicate with the customer base as well as internal and external resources covering client patrols, responses, and third-party emergency services.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- Grade C Minimum
- Excellent Communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Computer Literate
- Call Centre / Control room background – environment
- Literate in English (Written & Verbal)
- Must have report-writing skills
