Job Purpose
This Learnership leads to a nationally recognized FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 certificate, which includes structured learning components as well as practical/workplace experience in the Financial Services sector.
Requirements
- Grade 12 is required.
- Maths (minimum level 4, 50%)
- English (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
- Math Literacy (Minimum Level 5, 60%) Second language (minimum level 4, 50%)
- May have an incomplete tertiary qualification (advantage)
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 25 years old
- Have effective communication skills in written and spoken English, and have basic computer abilities. (primarily MS Excel and Outlook).
- They cannot be pursuing post-Matric qualifications or formal employment.
