Requirements
- An appropriate qualification from a recognised institution.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Financial acumen and experience.
- Stock control experience (such as stationery, furniture, etc.).
- A clear criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and processing them as needed.
- Meeting and greeting visitors of various levels of seniority.
- Managing incoming email and doing general administrative chores.
- Some fiscal duties.
- Liaising with the central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers, and other employees.
- Personal commitment to education and a desire to contribute to the school’s principles and ethos.
