Requirements

  • An appropriate qualification from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Financial acumen and experience.
  • Stock control experience (such as stationery, furniture, etc.).
  • A clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

  • Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and processing them as needed.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors of various levels of seniority.
  • Managing incoming email and doing general administrative chores.
  • Some fiscal duties.
  • Liaising with the central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers, and other employees.
  • Personal commitment to education and a desire to contribute to the school’s principles and ethos.
