Job Description
Our Warehouse department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an excellent opportunity. We are looking for a competent candidate with suitable abilities and experience for the post of Warehouse Operator in Devland. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse activities in accordance with the provided plan while maintaining the needed operational efficiency criteria.
- Ensure that all trucks/trailers are loaded on schedule and in full in accordance with the given plan. • Ensure that all SKUs are in conformity with the model stock layout.
- Ensure that stock is removed from the manufacturing lines so that there are no delays due to forklift availability.
- Ensure that loads are picked on time and correctly.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Follow procedures.
- Personal operational efficiency standards are met.
- Maintain assets in accordance with normal operational procedures.
- Comply with applicable stock management processes, including daily inventory counts.
- Ensure that pallets are stretch-wrapped in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric with Math.
- Must be fluent in English (either as a first language or as a second language).
- 6- 12 months of applicable warehouse experience (loading and forklift operation).
- Valid forklift driving license preferred (will be trained if applicant application is successful).
- Cleared the criminal and credit checks.
- Prepared to work shifts and overtime
