Clover is looking for new talent to join the Call Centre Learnership. The successful applicants will spend the term of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and will attend classes as scheduled.
Individuals who complete the learnership will have obtained the NQF qualification as well as experience in a world-class call center. Applicants from the West Rand and nearby areas are advantageous.
Duties And Responsiblities
- Handle all inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve queries and complaints via the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 5 years (2019 – 2023)
- Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Currently unemployed.
- Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before.
