Job Description

The job aims to guarantee that the administration function is carried out by the parking department’s policies and procedures.

Duties

  • Administration of Parking leases
    • Ensure that all parking leases are completed, signed, and in proper order.
    • Ensure that all parking lease cancellations and addendums are correctly filled and that all parking lease Terms and Conditions are properly signed.
    • Ensure that all supporting documents (e.g., a copy of your ID, proof of residency, etc.) for the parking lease are in order.
    • Examine the parking lease/notice to vacate papers for completeness and accuracy, as well as complete instructions for IT to capture the lease / terminate and vacate the lease.
    • Ensure that all access control applications, tag issuance, and cancellations are completed on time and accurately to prevent illicit access and income loss.
    • Complete CSV files for IT to upload as needed.
  • Manage building and tenant access control.
    • Ensure that all parking renters are registered with the centralized access control system to ensure that the system’s integrity is maintained at all times.
    • Provide parking tenants with access tags.
    • Respond to all access control system-related inquiries.
    • Remove all access tags from areas where a parking tenant has vacated.
    • Auditing parking lots to verify correctness and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all customer queries are attended to timeously. 
    • Improve customer satisfaction by responding to tenant calls as soon as possible.
    • Handling tenant inquiries politely and professionally.
    • Ensure that all client queries are resolved promptly (e.g., interdepartmental interaction, Freshdesk, etc.).

Requirements

  • Matric qualification is essential.
  • Administrative qualifications are preferable.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
