Job Description
Citi South Africa is recruiting for graduates to join our one-year Learnership Program. The year-long curriculum exposes newly qualified university graduates to various Citi businesses and provides them with actual work experience.
Graduates can seek for permanent roles throughout the year and are also sponsored for a postgraduate qualification related to their field. Your time here will look like this.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with a GPA of 65% or higher, or a master’s degree in any area.
- It is acceptable to have up to one year of job experience but not needed.
- Excellent leadership
- Teamwork
- Communication skills.
