Job Description
We actively recruit and choose exceptional young people to expose them to the BCX work environment. As part of our young talent program, you will have the ability to contribute to BCX projects, collaborate with experts and teams from throughout the organization, and access learning content on BCX products and services.
The program lasts 24 months and includes internal business and functional rotations, as well as formal learning tailored to individual development requirements and skill gaps in the organization.
A qualification in any of the below fields will be considered:

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma
- 0 – 2 years’ experience
