Make certain that the entire reception area, including the restrooms, is nice and tidy in accordance with the company identity.
Assist walk-in clients and staff in a professional and polite manner.
Redirect calls as necessary and take appropriate messages

Manage Boardroom bookings

  • Manage bookings and ensure there are no conflicts.
  • In the absence of the Office Assistant, assist in providing refreshments to clients.
  • Before each meeting, ensure that all boardrooms are presentable and clean.
  • Manage parking for top office clients.
  • Manage access to the head office building (closing and opening).
  • Help with the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference phone calls.

Administer Stock items
Keep a proper inventory of office goods, such as snacks and cleaning supplies.
Keep a stock level of consumables, cutlery, crockery, and so on.

Reporting faults
In order to provide clients with an expedient service, report any faults to IT or Facilities. (TCF)

Adhoc duties

  • Assist Corporate Affairs with event planning.
  • Assist PAs with calls when they are out of the office.
  • General administrative/office support for Group Corporate matters.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Certificate in Customer Service
  • 2 Years as a Receptionist
