Recording (Data Capture) and auditing Patient Files and Referring Doctor’s requests as per Service Request forms and accurately data capture all the varied formats of Service Request Forms as per Ampath, LIS, CDC standards, SLA, Targets, Quality, and TAT.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Data capturing experience and knowledge: MS Word and MS Excel
