Job Purpose

Provide effective administrative support to the Campus Head. Maintain open channels of communication between students, the support office, and external clients regarding administrative issues.

Assist Campus Head with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects, as needed.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma/degree in communication/administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative
  • Experience with MS Office (full package, including MS Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to operate individually and in a team.
  • High willingness to learn.
  • Highly structured, with exceptional time management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
