The goal of this P27 position is to provide a great client shopping experience through stock restocking, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient transaction processing at till points.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to provide customers a good purchasing experience. – Assist shoppers in finding the goods and products that they are looking for. – Respond to customer concerns and complaints.
- Cashier duties include processing cash and card payments, Lay Bys, client refunds, reporting anomalies and problems to the supervisor, and balancing the till.
- Merchandising – Ensure that stock is accurately priced and presented – Ensure product availability on the sales floor – Housekeeping – Staying current with promotions.
- Risk – Ensure that products are labeled in accordance with corporate policy – Participate in stock takes – Keep an eye out for shoplifters and fraudulent activities and report any suspicious behavior to management.
- Adhere to the Ackermans ideals, policies, and processes in all parts of your work.
