Job Description
- This one-year Absa Home Loans Learnership curriculum combines classroom instruction and on-the-job experience in all elements of client contact with the bank; in Collections, Recoveries, and Deceased Estates, this includes the following:
- A centralized services unit that performs specialized duties for Executors to aid in the finalization of Absa dead clients’ assets.
- Collections and Recoveries operations – with an emphasis on customer service and providing the best solutions for consumers in distress throughout the various stages of a Collections and Recoveries portfolio
- Absa Home Loans is committed to providing a learnership opportunity to young people who are talented, energetic, and eager to learn about the banking industry.
- For a period of 12 months, the learnership program will expose you to the Home Loan Collections field. These areas of business will offer you a strong banking foundation. Successful candidates will be prepared to enter the financial industry in the future.
