Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors professionally and courteously.
- Informing the host about the visitor’s coming.
- Signing in guests in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage inquiries in a professional manner, aiming for a favorable outcome.
- Answer, transfer, and execute switchboard calls in a timely, professional manner.
- Offering the “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external consumers.
- Update pertinent IT systems with consumer complaints, praises, and inquiries.
- Administration responsibilities include representing the TFG image and values wherever necessary.
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in switchboard and reception
Skills And Competencies
- PC literacy and basic Excel knowledge
- Strong written and vocal communication abilities.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent conflict management.
