Citi South Africa is inviting graduates to apply for their one-year Learnership Programme. This one-year program exposes newly qualified university graduates to various Citi businesses and provides them with practical work experience.
Graduates are able to apply for permanent positions during the year and are also funded to pursue a postgraduate qualification related to their field during their year of work.

Requirements
To qualify for this Internship you must be in possession of an undergraduate qualification with a GPA of 65% and above or a Master’s degree following disciplines :
- Operations and Technology
- Finance
- Treasury and Trade Solutions
- Risk
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Other Banking areas
- Global Markets
- Human Resources
- A maximum of one year of work experience is acceptable but not necessary.
Skills
