Siemens Energy is Inviting HR graduates to apply for their HR/Talent Acquisition Internship program.
Duties
- Administrative functions and assist with the recruitment process
- Application screening, interview scheduling, verification checks, and so on.
- Handling local tasks such as requisition creation/role posting, audits, and reports.
- Analyze and visualize talent acquisition data in the form of reports, trends, and presentations.
- You will prepare contracts for employment
- Liaison with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Organizing also carrying out various university career fair activities
- Providing assistance to the team for any recruitment-related administration and handling of ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
Requirements
- Human Resource Management undergraduate/postgraduate degree or its equivalent
- No experience is required

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office(e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Problem-solving skills
