Job Description
Individuals will be instructed on the fundamentals of a retail shop, allowing them to operate on both the sales floor and the service desk functions, as well as gain insight into leadership roles in this context.
Working with stock and customers will be a priority.
Duties
- Learn and develop knowledge that is essential in the retail environment.
- Merchandising the Truworths store in accordance with the company’s guidelines
- Opening new accounts
- Developing customer relationships
- Opportunity to advance to a junior leadership position by driving your own learning and application.
- Assist customers in searching for merchandise.
- Payment and purchasing procedures
- Controlling or maintaining stock losses
- Keeping customers safe and secure
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Retail Business Management, Management, Operations, or any other related fields
- Must be passionate about retail and fashion.
